at Central Elementary from 4 pm - 6 pm
Bring these 4 Documents for ALL STUDENTS
- Birth Certificate
- If you do not have a birth certificate and your child was born in Texas you can pick one up at the court house the same day as requested
- Social Security Card
- Current Immunization Record
- Utility bill or lease agreement showing home address in the name of parent or legal guardian
- We cannot accept an envelope, driver’s license, insurance card or USPS change of address card
- If you do not have a utility bill or lease agreement, please ask us for a Proof of Residency Affidavit
Important Information:
- School tours during our Round-Up event! This will be your ONLY opportunity to get to tour the entire school building with your little. Meet the teacher will only be touring the classroom.
- In order to ensure that your child is placed in the just right class, we will conduct a short pre-assessment at Round-Up. Our teachers will not go over the results of the assessment with parent/guardian - it will solely be used for class placement purposes.
- Returning students coming in from PK to Kindergarten will not be assessed as we will use our PK end of year data for placement. However, you want to come to round-up to get a chance to get a FREE t-shirt!
- Learn about our PTO and how you can get involved this upcoming school year! We NEED YOU!
We are STRONGLY encouraging YOU to complete the ONLINE enrollment PRIOR to attending this Round-Up. This will allow us to verify your online enrollment and required documents when you arrive! Please BRING all REQUIRED Documents to our Round-Up. Go to www.sville.us and click on “New Student Enrollment” or “Returning Student Enrollment”. Please note that ONLINE REGISTRATION does NOT open UNTIL April 15, 2026.

Please note that if your child does not participate with the pre-assessment during round-up, there could be a potential chance that your child may have to move classes within the first 9 weeks of school.
Future Honeybees/Future Yellow Jackets t-shirts for students that come to registration Round-Up event. We have limited supply, first come first serve!
